Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to customshopify.ai within number days of the service delivery date. The request must include details of the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. customshopify.ai reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
If a refund is approved, customshopify.ai will refund the client’s payment in full or in part, depending on the circumstances of the request. Any applicable fees or charges incurred by customshopify.ai in processing the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed within number days of approval. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in the client’s account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
